Palma Majorca is also called Palma de Mallorca. It is the capital and largest city of the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands in  Spain. Palma is home to historic stunning castles, art galleries and museums, shopping, restaurants.  It has an intriguing architecture similar to Barcelona with cobbled streets like much of Europe. With over 200 beaches to choose from on Mallorca, it's not hard to find a place that wouldn't be perfect for sun bathing.  I used a Hop on Hop off bus to get around the city, which included a boat ride around one side of the coast only costing $33.64.
